The Kazakhstan 2050 strategy is focused on building a modern nation state by making the leap towards a market economy, to lay the foundation of a social system, sustainable process of democratization and liberalization development of small and medium enterprises. As well as integrating a new model of public private partnership, consistent and predictable foreign policy, privatization and the main priorities in healthcare. The knowledge and professional skills are key landmarks of the modern education.

The first Bulgarian embassy in Kazakhstan was opened in January 1994 - two years after the establishment of the bilateral relations between Bulgaria and The Republic of Kazakhstan. On 23rd May 2012 Bulgarian and Kazakhstan members of Parliament met and actively developed the friendship between both countries. In June 2009 Kazakhstan’s government put Bulgaria in the 47 countries list, whose citizens are visa-free travelers. A year later took effect on bilateral government agreement of visa-free traveling for citizens owners of diplomatic passports. Nowadays in Kazakhstan live more than 4500 Bulgarians.

Thousands of years ago the people started to assimilate the generous, rich of game fields around the mountains Karatau, Mugodjar, peninsula Mangistau and the north to the Balkhash lake. The land belongs of today Kazakhstan territory. In II-III B.C. the steppes from south and south-east to Altay is populated with hunnu tribe compound of Mongolian and ancient Turk tribes. In the First millennium began a process of creation of ancient Turk tribe union who lived between Mongolian mountains and Caspian Sea. This union leaded to arisen of state organization. The establishment of Russian authority in Kazakhstan started after the Great October Socialist Revolution covered all area until March 1918. In 1991 Kazakhstan declare the country’s Independency. In the 2nd of January 1992 Kazakhstan became a member of Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) and the United Nations.

The Eurasian union is an economic, cultural and several other countries. The idea was brought to attention in the 20th century. In 1994 the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev resumed the idea of the Eurasian union and initiated the establishment of several institutions: The Eurasian Economic Community, Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. Kazakhstan’s approach to the establishment of the union is based on several principles: economic pragmatism, voluntary integration, equality and state immunity, supranational authorities.

The "Atom" project is new international initiative on purpose to reach global support for complete and irresistible prohibition to tests with nuclear weapons and it’s fully abolition. The project’s start has been made on parliament assembly in Astana, Kazakhstan on 29.08.2012 -the day announced as the International Day against Nuclear Tests by UN. It was in honor of closing the Semipalatinsk Test Site by the president of Kazakhstan in 1991.

In Kazakhstan are developed and practiced the most popular aspects of tourism -educational, entertainment, sport and adventure tourism, ethnical, ecological, wellness, children’s, horse riding and more. Astana is situated in the very center of Kazakhstan. On 10th December 1997 it officially became capital of the country. It covers area of over 700 sq. km and has population of about 750 000 people. Thanks to its location the architecture of the city combines contemporary design with Asian traditions. In Astana you can visit numerous sightseeing: the square next to the Bayterek Tower, Khan Shatyr Shopping and Entertainment Center, The Palace of Peace and Accord and etc.

The rise of Kazakhstan’s painting started at the beginning of the 20th century. Fifty years later the artists S. Mambeev, K. Telzhanov, S. Kalmykov, E. Karasulova, A. Cherkassky and many other besides, formed one of the main genres - narrative painting. The modern Kazakhstan artists combine the unique legacy, cultural treasures with the inspiration of the new millennium.

Since the ancient time until now, the Kazakhstan’s folk legend about supernatural origin of music and singing is kept. The story says that the divine song was spreading high in the sky above the infinity steppes while the ancient Kazakh people were camping, climbed down low, people heard it and they had been gifted with great musical abilities. There is a proverb which is saying that God had put a piece of kuy in every Kazakh’s soul since his birth. Probably this was the reason why the foreigners in хVIII-хIх c., while they watched them had been amazed of Kazakh’s musical talent, composition and jam sessions.

The Kazakhstan people deeply respect the traditions inherited form the ancient times. The reserved abundant history could be written in multi volume publishing where could be situated all the legacy from the founders of Kazakhstan -the sultans Zhanibek and Kerey until today. The tradition which became the common part of all Kazakh people is hospitality. As a compassionate nation they have a lot of traditions about caring each other and helping people in trouble.

The rules of nomad’s life were created special moral-ethic standards of communication. The joy and the sorrow are shared with all of the relatives. Every singe traveler is respected as guest and the steppe citizens had known that they could enter in somebody’s home where they were always welcomed. The tradition of hospitality is kept strictly and today. The Kazakh national culinary is distinguished with special products as meal and milk. In some regions are cooked fish dishes. The tradition of nomad hospitality includes lots of ceremonies and rituals, strictly observed on the table as well as requirements about the behavior and human relations.

The Kazakhstan’s literature principles are dastans (fairytales) "Alap Er Tonga" (or Afrasiab - the legendary leader of Turk tribes) and Shu bater, created in II-III B.C. The the scientific analysis proved that the events described in dastans were closely connected to the ancient history of Kazakhstan’s nation. The written manuscripts found around river Orkhon and Yenisei are defined as evidence of art in written forms of Turk tribes. It was classified as powerful poetic, depth of mind and luxuriant contents literature.
